Community Guidelines

Runway Connect is a professional creative community for creatives, professionals and brands in fashion and fashion-related industries. These guidelines help keep the platform relevant, respectful, authentic and useful for the people who create, collaborate and work across the industry.
1. Stay relevant to the creative fashion community
Content shared on Runway Connect should have a reasonable connection to your creative work, professional journey, collaborations, opportunities, or the wider fashion and creative community.
Relevant content can include fashion, modeling, photography, styling, makeup and beauty work, hair, design, creative direction, production, casting, portfolios, fashion events, behind-the-scenes work, collaborations and related professional or creative content.
Personal content is welcome when it reasonably relates to your creative identity, work or professional journey. Content that is clearly unrelated to the purpose of Runway Connect may have its distribution limited or may be removed, particularly when an account repeatedly posts off-topic material.
2. Respect other creatives
Treat other members with respect. Do not use Runway Connect to harass, bully, threaten or target others with hateful or discriminatory abuse. Professional disagreements and criticism should remain constructive and should not become personal attacks or intimidation.
3. Keep opportunities and collaborations authentic
Jobs, castings, collaborations, events and other professional opportunities should be genuine and represented accurately. Do not post fraudulent opportunities, deceptive casting calls, scams, or requests designed to obtain money, credentials or sensitive information under false pretenses.
4. No spam or platform manipulation
Do not repeatedly post irrelevant promotions, unsolicited advertising, deceptive links, duplicated content or other material intended primarily to manipulate attention or engagement.
5. Share content responsibly
Fashion and editorial work can include artistic, body-focused or mature themes. However, content should remain appropriate for a professional creative community. Content involving sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, graphic violence, credible threats or dangerous illegal activity is not appropriate for Runway Connect.
6. Be authentic
Do not impersonate another person, creative professional, brand, agency or organization, or deliberately misrepresent your identity or professional relationship with others.
7. Respect creative ownership
Share work you have the right to post. Do not knowingly upload or present another person's work as your own. Runway Connect encourages appropriate credit for photographers, models, designers, stylists, makeup artists, hair professionals, creative directors and other collaborators involved in creating the work.
8. Reporting content
Members may report content or accounts they believe violate these guidelines. A report does not automatically mean that content or an account has violated the rules. Reports may be reviewed in context before action is taken.
9. Enforcement
Depending on the nature, severity and frequency of a violation, Runway Connect may limit content distribution, remove content, issue a warning, restrict features, suspend an account or permanently remove an account. Repeated violations may result in stronger action.
