Delete your Runway Connect account

You can permanently delete your Runway Connect account and associated account data.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Runway Connect and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Menu → Settings.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Confirm the permanent deletion when prompted.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@runwayconnect.app from the email address associated with your Runway Connect account and request account deletion. We may need to verify that you control the account before processing the request.

What deletion means

Deleting your account removes your Runway Connect account and account-associated data from the active service, including your profile and content associated with your account. Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
